I’m Beautiful Like Me.

So last night, I really, truly discovered iGoogle. What an experience! I easily browsed content to add for an hour. If you haven’t yet checked out iGoogle, I strongly recommend you do.

One of the Gadgets I added to iGoogle was Time.com Top Stories. This morning, I found that they are featuring 50 Best Websites of 2008. Well, I am *always* looking for new and interesting things to do online, so I checked it out.

You simply must check out the article. It divides the sites into one of six categories and the variety is great. The first featured site is Gas Buddy, a site dedicated to helping people find the cheapest gas prices in their area. I found baby-naming sites (pretty interesting even if I never have another child), shopping, genealogy, finances, photo-editing, image galleries, forums, crafty stuff; sites that appeal to history buffs, teens, parents, gamers, environmentalists, trend-setters, philanthropists, fashionistas, cooks, even astronomers!

The best part is that the article was dominated by sites I had never encountered and I’m positive that several of them will soon make their way to my own list over to your left.
