Woohoo! I won $25 via PayPal by leaving a comment at A Butterfly Dreaming in the Commentluv contest! We are using a portion of the winnings to purchase Husband a website for his new business. I’m also going to be having a contest of my own over at the Natal Astrology blog, so be on the lookout for that, too!

When I got home from work today, there was a box waiting patiently for me. It was a gift from my PlurkSwap partner! Plurk is a very popular social network for knitters, so many a Plurker is also on Ravelry. I, along with a few others, coordinated a PlurkSwap on Ravelry and my goods found me today. Thanks so much to KnitDiva! I love the goodies she sent - deliciously smooshy Malabrigo Silky Merino yarn, Post-it notes and notebook (totally practical for knitting on the go), gourmet M&Ms and nanner stitch markers! I love it all!

For several months now, Feedburner has not emailed my blog posts to my subscribers. I have requested help at the Google help group - as have literally dozens of others - with no resolution. So I wanted to suggest to my readers that wanted the posts in their inbox try out Feed My Inbox. No sign up is required, just confirm your subscription by email. I’m trying the service out, too and will let you know if I encounter any problems.
For bloggers, there is a service I just discovered (thanks to Tampa Pirate) that may drive some new traffic to your blog. rssHugger is essentially a blog directory wherein all feeds have a fair shot at being in the Top 100 since the feeds are all reset at the beginning of each month. Check it out!
