Breakfast: Pop Up Pancakes
Posted by tata on Tuesday Aug 12, 2008 Under FoodI found a really excellent-sounding and -looking recipe for Pop Up Pancakes. We picked up some bananas while we were out yesterday specifically to have with them. Don’t they look wonderful?!
I hafta admit that I was a little disappointed. I shoulda gathered from the recipe that it would be too eggy for my taste (it was) and 15 minutes was too long in our oven. I’m not giving up on it, though. Next time, I’m going to try it with less egg and a shorter cooking time.

I agree with opal. It does look delicious. I was gonna ask for the recipe until I read the rest of your post. Since BB can’t have eggs or milk I guess thats out for my family for the next year or so.

Oh those bananas look Good!! Gonna have to buy some and make the kids happy.
